The JF-NO.6 is a high-performance hydraulic baling system featuring a dual-chamber (A/B Chamber) design for continuous, non-stop operation. This model is engineered for high-volume production lines where efficiency is critical. The system automatically alternates material feeding between chambers: while one chamber is undergoing the compression and strapping process, the other continues to collect material, ensuring zero downtime in the production cycle.

Advanced Features

• Dual-Chamber Efficiency (A/B Twin Chambers): The system features two separate chambers (A and B). Once Chamber A reaches the preset pressure or weight, the material flow automatically switches to Chamber B, allowing the operator to complete the strapping and packaging of the bale in Chamber A without interrupting the feed.

• Fully Automated Feeding: Integrated with an automatic material conveyor system that minimizes manual handling and optimizes throughput.

• Automatic Bale Release (Shelling): Once the target weight is achieved, the machine initiates an automatic ejection sequence, positioning the bale for easy manual strapping.

• Heavy-Duty Construction: Built with a reinforced frame and high-specification hydraulic components, doubling the weight and stability (8,000 kg) compared to single-chamber models.
