特性

本機之特點只按裝一支打手(BEATER)，其直徑為750m/m，由於打手直徑大，棉纖接觸時間長，落棉量亦多，所以除塵效果特別量好。

棉簇經由棉管(LNLET DUCT)，隨著氣流環繞著釘子打手(PEGGED BEATER)向下逆轉，同時也是第一次接觸到塵格，然後被拋直到上方由於有導板(GUIDE PLATE)作用。使棉簇產生螺旋式迴轉，然後又隨氣流向下運轉，此種循環動作連續七次，棉簇經七次開棉和清棉，最後棉簇經出棉管(OUTLET DUCT)飛出機外。

This machine is equipped with a single beater (BEATER) with a large diameter of 750 mm, allowing longer contact time with cotton fibers and thereby producing enhanced cleaning and dust removal performance.

During operation, cotton clusters pass through the inlet duct and enter a rotating pegged beater, where they are pushed downward against airflow. The fiber clusters then encounter a guide plate that causes them to swirl in a spiral motion and repeatedly circulate. This process of repeated opening and cleaning occurs seven times, after which the cleaned cotton fibers exit through the outlet duct.
